Staff Retreat & Appreciation Activities – June 2025

At Ugandan Orphan Childcare Ministries (UOCC), our staff is the heartbeat of everything we do. These faithful men and women work tirelessly—often around the clock—to care for the precious orphans entrusted to us. Their dedication, love, and sacrifice are shaping the next generation of responsible, grounded, and hope-filled young adults.

 

Because of limited resources, our staff currently receive only a small monthly salary thanks to a few faithful sponsors. But every time we travel to Uganda, we set aside time to bless them—to pour into them the way they so selflessly pour into the children.

 

This June, we are planning something extra special:

🛖 A 2-night out-of-town retreat filled with team-building, relationship-building, and an unforgettable hiking adventure!
🎉 In-town celebration activities to relax, laugh, and make memories together.
💝 A bonus gift to thank each team member personally for their tireless service.
